Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the eyewear in its original hard case and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange frames within 3-5 business days.
